Learn by doing, reflecting, and applying. Experiential Learning Activities at The Leadership Lodge immerse teams in shared challenges. We work with industry-leading development experts to curate experiential learning modules simulated through activities like building trust on the teams-focused ropes course, navigating change and role expectations via a team of sled dogs, or building a website from scratch to simulate project management and deadlines. Guided reflection turns these curated experiences into deliverable, actionable skills to be used in the office.
