At The Leadership Lodge, activities are experiential and intentionally designed to support meaningful progress. Guided by skilled facilitators and shaped by our Northwoods setting, each experience is tailored to what your team is here to accomplish.

A Retreat Experience Built Around Results

Many retreat venues offer “team building” that looks good on a schedule but rarely translates back to the workplace. Novelty games are fun and great for team bonding, but they don’t meaningfully give insight to how people respond in stressful situations or acknowledge gaps in communication.

At The Leadership Lodge, our approach is deliberate and human. Experienced leadership and team development facilitators guide activities that challenge thinking, invite reflection, and connect directly to your organization’s goals. Before anything begins, we spend time understanding why you are here and what you want to strengthen, change, or build so every experience feels focused, relevant, and effective.

Moments That Changes how teams show up

Learn by doing, reflecting, and applying. Experiential Learning Activities at The Leadership Lodge immerse teams in shared challenges. We work with industry-leading development experts to curate experiential learning modules simulated through activities like building trust on the teams-focused ropes course, navigating change and role expectations via a team of sled dogs, or building a website from scratch to simulate project management and deadlines. Guided reflection turns these curated experiences into deliverable, actionable skills to be used in the office.
