Camp Collaboration is our flagship three-day program, built around the skills that drive everything else: communication, collaboration, and teamwork. Developed by the Director of Leadership Programming, Abby Oxborough, our program is fully customized to fit your team and achieve your goals.
As an expert in Experiential Education, Abby knows what happens when teams leave the office to work through challenges in a natural setting. She discovered that the right environment changes what’s possible, and a tailored experience is critical. That’s why every activity is outcomes-based and designed around exactly what your team came here to accomplish.
Learn to Work Together, Differently
Every team faces issues that can be difficult to work through under the constant pressure of the office. The difference between teams that thrive and those that struggle? A profound ability to collaborate. This program combines active engagement, reflective dialogue, hands-on team-building exercises, and peer collaboration. It’s the kind of stuff that isn’t taught in business school, but should be. And chances are, it’s unlike any program you have ever experienced.
Experiential learning activities invite your team into practical challenges where the only way to win is by working together. You will make quick decisions under pressure and have fun doing it. The outcomes? Greater self-awareness, enhanced team dynamics, and learning that sticks. Teams are often surprised by how much mindsets can shift once they stop to reflect.

Our space is conducive to creative thinking, and our farm-to-table meals and snacks keep you fueled up and ready to learn. Teams leave with the goals, strategies, and new insights to return to the office ready to execute.
The Collaborative Team™ Training Process

DAY 1: CONVENE
Day one begins with settling into the place and with each other. Away from the noise of the office, we have an honest conversation about personal and professional values. What’s working? Where is there room to grow? This sets the foundation for everything that follows.

DAY 2: Challenge
Day two, we examine group roles and dynamics and take an honest look at how your team operates. Then we get to work. Activities build trust and surface the patterns worth addressing. The afternoon closes with a team challenge that puts everything to the test. Training is grounded in SMART goals, strategic planning, and emotional intelligence.

DAY 3: Change
Day three is where reflection becomes action. We examine what we learned, what shifted, and how it translates into outcomes. This is where new strategies become the plan everyone is excited to carry out.
