WE & ME

We’re back for another round of intentional women’s leadership & community building! This event started as a way to bring women in all stages of their lives & careers together to learn directly from each other, make quality connections, and explore new opportunities to build a more collaborative environment across all aspects of life.

This year we’re focusing on WE & ME: what it means to cultivate community personally and professionally; highlighting the power of experiential learning by leveraging the incredible depth of knowledge in the room from both participants and facilitators.

WTF is an UNconference?

We’ve discovered the MOST VALUABLE parts of conferences are inevitably the times that are unstructured and unplanned. So, we took those experiences—the in-between moments—and created a whole ass event around it. Welcome to: the UNconference! We’ve curated an entire day around quality learning experiences, insightful conversations, and valuable tools for life & work to implement in the moment and well after departure. Out with powerpoints; in with experiential learning.

We will convene (again) at Sugar Lake Lodge for an experiential UNconference where the day is focused on interactive learning sessions, life & work skills development, and giving back to our incredible community while deepening our connections to each other. In short: supporting WE (as a community) and empowering ME (an ode to investing in self).

What to get excited for:

8:00–9:00 a.m. – Check-in & Breakfast

9:00 a.m. – Kick things off with a warm welcome (and plenty of coffee!)

9:30 a.m. – Community Give-Back Collaboration

11:00 a.m. – Choose from multiple interactive workshops focused on the “ME”—personal growth, skills, and self-investment

12:15 p.m. – Lunch & Learn—featuring five fast-paced, TED Talk-style sessions packed with practical life hacks and useful takeaways

1:30 p.m. – More interactive workshop options centered on the “WE”—community, connection, and collaboration

2:45 p.m. – The Great Team Building Gameshow—a real-world simulation of what it REALLY takes to build a high-performing team (plus prizes)

4:00 p.m. – Bonfire Happy Hour & Celebration Reception (featuring a surprise guest… who may or may not be a magician)
