Meet Chad
For Chad Simons, helping people find their place in Northern Minnesota is in his DNA. Growing up in Crosby, he developed an appreciation for small-town communities, the outdoors, and the lifestyle that makes this part of the state so special. More than 25 years ago, he and his wife asked themselves the same question you’re probably thinking right now: “What if we lived here?”
They’ve been raising their family in Grand Rapids ever since.
As a hockey dad to three boys, Chad’s spent more hours at the rink than he can remember, and along the way, he’s built relationships across town. Add two dogs and a family who loves getting outside as much as he does, and you’ve got someone who is genuinely part of the community.
Chad knows that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction. It’s often the start of a new chapter, a new adventure, or a dream twenty years in the making. For Chad, the best part of the job is helping others discover what he and his family found more than two decades ago: a community worth putting down roots.
