Our talented kitchen staff, led by Executive Chef Kim Fuller, never stop evaluating our menus to elevate recipes and enhance the dining experience. Our menus feature dishes with fresh and local ingredients. We believe that quality trumps quantity. Translated: you may find fewer items on our menu, but they are great items, and they will make you want to come back for more. The Lodge Dining Room
The Lodge Dining Room is located in the Main Lodge with beautiful lake views and serves as a location for special events when reserved through our Conference & Events Planning Department. If work brings you to Sugar Lake, you can rest assured that you and your colleagues will enjoy menus specially designed to foster conversation and networking, while keeping energy levels high.
Overlooking Sugar Lake and the 18th hole of Sugarbrooke Golf Course, Otis’s Grill & Bar offers a casual pub environment serving appetizers, a variety of hand-crafted burgers, a shore lunch walleye sandwich, and a variety of evening entrees. Indoor seating and outdoor deck dining is available, serving up great views of Sugar Lake. The bar features a great selection of Minnesota- and Wisconsin-brewed beer, a Napa Valley wine selection, specialty drinks, and a vast selection of scotches. Stop by for lunch or dinner.
