Stay Right Off a Championship Course
Our Golf Course Villas blend in amongst the trees lining Sugarbrooke, our 18-hole, par 71 golf course designed by Minnesota native and former PGA pro, Joel Goldstrand. These spacious and comfortable villas are the best way to experience a Sugar Lake golf vacation; any one of them can be rented with our Stay & Play Golf Packages.
Each villa is conveniently located off our 300-acre course and is a short walk from the lake, beach, marina, swimming pool, bar and grill, and the Main Lodge. Each villa opens onto a furnished, semi-private patio that has a fully stocked fire pit, the ideal way to end a day on the course. Sit by the fire with your family and friends, enjoy a beer or scotch, and unwind after a day on the course.
Studio villas
Single-room studio villas are the ideal way for friends and couples to enjoy a weekend golf getaway in Minnesota. These units are air conditioned and have a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, walk-out patio, and full bath. Multiple villa options allow you to choose between a king, queen, or two full-size beds. Sleeps up to two guests.
Studio rates are $179-$189 per night.
Two- & three-bedroom villas
Larger golf groups will feel comfortable in one of our two- or three-bedroom golf course villas. Complete with A/C, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with a fieldstone gas fireplace, and a fully furnished walk-out patio, these villas are the best way to enjoy a large golf getaway with your family and friends. Two-bedroom villas sleep four people, and most units have 1½ baths. Three-bedroom villas feature 2½ baths and sleep six people. Bed configurations vary with combinations of king, queen, full, and twin-size beds.
2BR rates are $319-$399 per night.
3BR rates are $449-$519 per night.
