Available Positions
Assists with various tasks in a kitchen environment, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Responsibilities may include chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and supporting other team members as needed. We train all kitchen staff on-the-job.
The main responsibility is to provide cleanliness and tidiness throughout guest rooms after guests leave. Duties typically include making beds, vacuuming, dusting, restocking amenities, laundry, and ensuring that all areas of the resort meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing tables, assisting with food preparation, operating cash registers, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Additionally, restaurant workers interact with customers to provide a positive dining experience.
Responsible for maintaining the appeal and functionality of the resort’s outdoor areas, including golf courses, gardens, and landscapes. Duties typically include mowing, edging, and fertilizing grass, watering plants…etc. Additionally, maintenance workers may repair irrigation systems, clean and maintain equipment, monitor the course, and ensure that outdoor spaces are safe and well-maintained for guests to enjoy.
Schedule tee times, organize and clean golf carts, assisting customers with their golf equipment and apparel needs. Duties include greeting customers, providing general course knowledge, and processing sales transactions for golf & apparel.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay. Duties include greeting guests upon arrival, checking them in and out, processing reservations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Additionally, front desk staff may handle phone calls, manage guest requests, and communicate duties with SWAT team.
The main priorities are to keep guests happy and comfortable by providing shuttle service, completing room requests, and having all resort amenities ready to go. Some main duties are taking out and putting away games and water equipment, stocking ice bags, and assisting other areas of the resort when needed such as Otis or housekeeping.

Pay is based on position and experience, which is discussed privately with Abby (Manager). Many of the positions also have an opportunity to make tips. Bonuses are offered to those able to work past Labor Day.
The majority of our positions have the option to work part or full-time. Managers are generally very flexible with hours and time off requests.

None! Relevant experience may be helpful, However, we will provide you with detailed training for any position available.
We provide you with staff polo’s for most positions. Black bottoms are required and can be shorts, joggers, jeans…etc as long as they are work-appropriate. Close-toes shoes are also required.
